Germany has the skills gap firmly under control and this is just the beginning of an ever-accelerating development. But how can I as a company react to this in order to remain successful in the long term?
The answer to this cannot be given across the board and does not only apply to recruiting. It's about a more holistic approach to recruiting, talent management, personnel development and organizational development. However, what connects all these areas is a digital mindset. Because the digital transformation is progressing regardless of the skills gap that already exists today and makes the development of future skills essential. However, it is only partially and difficult to predict which professional skills will be needed in the future. The development of a digital mindset creates the basic prerequisites for continually learning the required technical skills depending on the situation in the future.
The Mindset Festival deals intensively with the question of how to successfully deal with the skills gap. It's not an ordinary conference with frontal sound, but a day that consists of impulses, workshops, a bar camp, networking opportunities and best practices. This offers everything you need to prepare yourself for work against the skills gap.
